The National Culture Collection of Pathogenic Fungi (NCCPF) is the national facility sponsored by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), New Delhi, for the deposition, maintenance, identification and supply of all pathogenic fungi. Housed at the Department of Medical Microbiology at the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, the centre was established in 2010 and is funded by the Indian Council of Medical Research.
